Covertcabin is a unique and eco-friendly holiday destination in the Dordogne, SW France. Our off-grid cabins are the perfect place to come and get away from it all. Each cabin is different and they’re based in separate locations, but they all share our identity of wholesome, cabiney goodness.
Imagine tramping through the woods and coming across a small clearing with a lake and a cabin next to it. There’s smoke coming from the chimney pipe, but there’s no one about. You approach the cabin, it seems quite small, but on peering in are surprised to see that it’s furnished just like a little house! There’s the woodburner purring away in the corner, a sweet little kitchen, there are cold beers in the fridge, neat showeroom – Who could be staying in a cabin like this? Goldilocks? Heidi? A couple of trolls? Well no, it’s YOU!!!
Lovely little Woodsman's Cabin sits on the edge of a tree-huggingly wonderful wood. It's furnished in a rustic, romantic style and is the perfect hideaway that sleeps two peoples.

One eco-friendly encounter led to another and when we bumped into our old friends, Reuse and Recycle, who seemed to fit right in, Covertcabin was complete.
Here’s all the latest goings on at our secluded nature retreat in deepest darkest Périgord Vert.
